Bids & Proposals
From time to time, the Town of Seabrook Island will procure goods and services from qualified firms and suppliers using a competitive procurement process. All active requests for bids (RFB), requests for proposals (RFP) and requests for qualifications (RFQ) will be posted below.
Please note that all contractors and subcontractors doing work with the Town of Seabrook Island must obtain a town business license. All contractors and subcontractors must also register and participate in the federal E-Verify work authorization program to verify the employment authorization of all new employees, pursuant to Section 8-14-20(B) of the S.C. Code of Laws.
SIUC Pump Station Emergency Generators
Sealed bids will be received by the Seabrook Island Utility Commission for construction of Pump Station Emergency Generators, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud at Town of Seabrook Island, 2001 Seabrook Island Road, Seabrook Island, SC 29455.
A public bid opening will be held by a virtual (Zoom) meeting. All plan holders will receive an invitation to the on-line bid-opening. Any plan-holder who has not received an invitation by Monday, March 8th, should contact Nancy Lee at email@example.com or (843) 416-5560.
This project is being partially funded by the FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program and all bidders must comply with all applicable state and federal requirements identified in the bid documents.

Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents are available for purchase by going to Plan Room at www.wkdickson.com and registering as a vendor. Please note that only registered plan holders may bid as a General Contractor.
