SCDHEC Care Line
For general questions about COVID-19, please contact the S.C. Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC) Care Line. Representatives will be available to answer calls from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm seven days a week.
The Charleston County Citizens Information Line is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am. to 5:00 pm.
Charleston County Mobile Testing
Charleston County has partnered with the Fetter Health Care Network to offer free mobile COVID-19 testing at various locations throughout the county. Individuals who are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or who have been exposed to an individual with COVID-19 may request a free screening on the Fetter website or by phone at (800) 365-7410. For faster service, pre-screening is highly recommended.
Virtual Care Resources
MUSC Health and Roper St. Francis are offering free virtual care screenings to individuals experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. Patients who have a fever, cough and/or shortness of breath may speak with a provider and, if necessary, be referred for a COVID-19 screening. Use the promo code "COVID19" when you log in.
