Delta, USAir, Continental make regular stops at the Charleston International Airport, just a 35 minute drive to Seabrook. For private aircraft the Charleston Executive Terminal provides full service, including two 5,000-foot all weather runways and is only 15 minutes from Seabrook. 
From Charleston International Airport Take the airport terminal road to I-526, referred to as Mark Clark Expressway. Your direction will be towards Savannah. Travel to the end of the expressway and turn right onto Highway 17 south - continuing your direction towards Savannah. Travel approximately 5 miles on 17 south then take a left onto Main Road. Stay on Main Road for 18 miles. Main Road turns into Bohicket Road and ends at Seabrook.
From I-85 Take I-26 east (towards Charleston) Travel approximately 34 miles to I-526, and exit right towards Savannah (I-526 is also known as the Mark Clark Expressway). Travel to the end of I-526 and then take a right onto Highway 17 south. Travel 17 south, towards Savannah, approximately 5 miles and turn left onto Main Road. Stay on Main Road for about 18 miles. Main Road turns into Bohicket Road and ends at Seabrook.
By Boat Seabrook's marina is located a few miles from the Intracoastal Waterway. Bohicket Marina is also an option.
