PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby provided that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 25, at 2:30 pm at Seabrook Island Town Hall, 2001 Seabrook Island Road, Seabrook Island, SC. During the public hearing, Town Council will receive comments on the following ordinance:
Ordinance 2024-10
An ordinance amending the Town Code for the Town of Seabrook Island, South Carolina; Chapter 20, Planning and Development; Article IV, Comprehensive Plan; Section 20-70, Adopted; so as to adopt a five-year review and update to the Town’s Comprehensive Plan
A copy of the proposed ordinance may be viewed by clicking the link above. The ordinance may also be viewed at Town Hall during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).

All comments received through this portal will be forwarded to Council in advance of the public hearing.
