PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby provided that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at 2:30 pm at Seabrook Island Town Hall, 2001 Seabrook Island Road, Seabrook Island, SC. During the public hearing, Town Council will receive comments on the following ordinance:
Ordinance 2024-11
An ordinance amending the Town Code for the Town of Seabrook Island, South Carolina; Chapter 32, Waterways and Beaches; Article II, Beachfront Management; Division I, Generally; Section 32-20, Plan Adopted; so as to adopt an updated Comprehensive Beach Management Plan for the Town of Seabrook Island
A copy of the proposed ordinance may be viewed by clicking the link above. The ordinance may also be viewed at Town Hall during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).
