From time to time, the Town of Seabrook Island will procure goods and services from qualified firms and suppliers using a competitive procurement process. All active requests for bids (RFB), requests for proposals (RFP) and requests for qualifications (RFQ) will be posted below.

Please note that all contractors and subcontractors doing work with the Town of Seabrook Island must obtain a town business license. All contractors and subcontractors must also register and participate in the federal E-Verify work authorization program to verify the employment authorization of all new employees, pursuant to Section 8-14-20(B) of the S.C. Code of Laws.

Financial Auditing Services

The Town of Seabrook Island ("Town") and the Seabrook Island Utility Commission ("SIUC") are jointly soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms for financial auditing services for the fiscal periods ending December 31, 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027, and 2028. Sealed proposals will be accepted until the due date indicated below.

A copy of the Request for Proposals ("RFP") may be obtained at the Seabrook Island Town Hall during normal business hours or by clicking the link below. Except as otherwise specifically noted, the entire bid package must be used in preparing bids.

• To Submit a Proposal:  Sealed proposals must be received no later than 2:00 PM on Monday, October 14, 2024. Sealed proposals must be hand delivered or mailed by traceable means to the Town of Seabrook Island, Attn: Town Administrator, 2001 Seabrook Island Road, Seabrook Island, SC 29455. All proposals must be clearly marked “RFP 2024-02 Financial Auditing Services.” To be considered responsive, proposals must respond to and address all of the issues reflected in the attached requirements document/ questionnaire and the proposal price summary attachment. Each proposal must be submitted with one (1) original paper copy and one (1) PDF electronic copy on USB.
