From time to time, the Town of Seabrook Island will procure goods and services from qualified firms and suppliers using a competitive procurement process. All active requests for bids (RFB), requests for proposals (RFP) and requests for qualifications (RFQ) will be posted below.
Please note that all contractors and subcontractors doing work with the Town of Seabrook Island must obtain a town business license. All contractors and subcontractors must also register and participate in the federal E-Verify work authorization program to verify the employment authorization of all new employees, pursuant to Section 8-14-20(B) of the S.C. Code of Laws.
RFP 2019-01: Financial Auditing Services
The Town of Seabrook Island and the Seabrook Island Utility Commission are jointly soliciting sealed proposals from qualified audit firms for financial auditing services for the fiscal periods ending December 31, 2019 through 2023. The initial term of this contract shall be for one year (FY 2019). The contract may be renewed for up to four (4) additional one-year periods for Fiscal Years 2020-2023 upon approval by Town Council and the Utility Commission.

The Seabrook Island Utility Commission is presented in the Town’s annual audit as a component unit. Separate audited financial statements are also provided for the Utility Commission.
