Some venues are seasonal in nature, so please be aware of possible changes to operating hours. The restaurants listed below are located behind the SIPOA security gate and a Club amenity card is required for access.
Additional dining options may be found in Freshfields Village, which is conveniently located at the traffic circle between the towns of Seabrook Island and Kiawah Island.
Gate AccessThe majority of properties in the Town of Seabrook Island are located behind the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association's (SIPOA) private security gate. The town does not control access behind the security gate.
Residents and property owners with a bar code, as well as guests with a visitor pass, may proceed directly to the security gate.
