The closest hotel to Seabrook Island is the Andell Inn, located at 300 Farm Lake View Road in Freshfields Village. 

Dining

Visitors to Seabrook Island will find a variety of food and drink options to suit every palate. The restaurants listed below are located at ​Bohicket Marina & Market and Landfall Way (outside the SIPOA security gate) and are open to the public year-round.

The Seabrook Island Club, located at 3771 & 3772 Seabrook Island Road, offers a variety of indoor and outdoor dining venues for lunch, dinner and private events. Some venues are seasonal in nature, so please be aware of possible changes to operating hours. The restaurants listed below are located behind the SIPOA security gate and a Club amenity card is required for access.

Additional dining options may be found in Freshfields Village, which is conveniently located at the traffic circle between the towns of Seabrook Island and Kiawah Island. 

Gate Access

The majority of properties in the Town of Seabrook Island are located behind the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association's (SIPOA) private security gate. The town does not control access behind the security gate.

Residents and property owners with a bar code, as well as guests with a visitor pass, may proceed directly to the security gate.

Getting Here

By Car​
  • Seabrook Island is located approximately 20 miles, or 30 minutes driving distance, from the Charleston peninsula. For custom directions to Seabrook Island, please click here and enter your starting point. 
By Plane​​
  • Charleston International Airport (CHS): Located in North Charleston, Charleston International Airport offers regular service from the following airlines: Alaska, Air Canada, Allegiant, American, Avelo, Breeze, Delta, Frontier, JetBlue, Southwest, Spirit and United. Major car rental companies, taxis and ride-sharing services are also available at the airport. 
  • ​​Charleston Executive Airport (JZI): Located on Johns Island, Charleston County Executive Airport provides a full array of aviation services, including a modern terminal and two 5,000-foot all-weather runways.
By Boat​​
  • Bohicket Marina: Bohicket Marina is accessible by the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. The marina offers boat slips and dry-dock storage available for rent. The marina's charter office also coordinates fishing & sailing charters, paddle boarding, pirate adventures and more.
