DSO Advisory Committee

The Development Standards Ordinance (DSO) Advisory Committee is an ad hoc committee which was established by Town Council on April 23, 2019.  

The DSO Advisory Committee is made up of ten (10) members. Members were nominated by the Mayor and appointed by Town Council. The committee includes representatives from the following:

• One (1) member from Town Council;
• Two (2) members from the Planning Commission;
• Two (2) members from the Board of Zoning Appeals;
• Three (4) residents of the Town; and
• One (1) representative from the SIPOA ARC

The primary purpose of the DSO Advisory Committee is to assist town staff and the project consultant, PLB Planning Group, with a comprehensive review and update of the town's zoning, land use, subdivision and development regulations. 

The DSO Advisory Committee meets on an as-needed basis, as determined by the chair.​
