TOWN OF SEABROOK ISLAND
PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby provided that Seabrook Island Town Council will hold an emergency meeting on Thursday, May 13, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. During the emergency meeting, Town Council will consider the following emergency ordinance:

• Emergency Ordinance 2021-01:  An emergency ordinance to encourage the wearing of face coverings within the town; to extend requirements related to social distancing; to extend emergency provisions related to town meetings; to extend emergency provisions related to the issuance of temporary use permits; to extend the expiration date for active building permits; to encourage the vaccination of town residents, and other matters related thereto --View Draft Ordinance: Clean Version |  Redline Version

Individuals who wish to submit a public comment on the proposed ordinance may do so in writing by 12:00 pm on the day of the meeting using one of the following options:

Town Council will accept online comments on Emergency Ordinance 2021-03 until Thursday, May 13, 2021 at 12:00 PM.

​All comments received through this portal will be forwarded to Council in advance of the emergency meeting. Comments will not receive a written response, but may be addressed or discussed by Council during the meeting.
