TOWN OF SEABROOK ISLAND
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby provided that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 23, 2019, at 2:25 p.m. at Seabrook Island Town Hall, 2001 Seabrook Island Road, Seabrook Island, South Carolina. During the public hearing, Town Council will receive comments on the following ordinance:

Ordinance 2019-04
An ordinance amending the Zoning Map of the Town of Seabrook Island so as to change the zoning designation for Charleston County Tax Map Number 147-02-00-036, containing approximately 0.95 +/- acres located at 2820 Dove Nest, from the SR Single-Family Residential District to the AGC Agricultural-Conservation District​

Town Council will accept online comments on Ordinance 2019-04 until Friday, July 19, 2019 at 12:00 PM.

​All comments received through this portal will be forwarded to Council in advance of the public hearing. Any individual submitting a written comment may also attend and speak at the scheduled public hearing. Comments will not receive a written response, but may be addressed or discussed by Council during the public hearing.
