PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby provided that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 23, 2019, at 2:25 p.m. at Seabrook Island Town Hall, 2001 Seabrook Island Road, Seabrook Island, South Carolina. During the public hearing, Town Council will receive comments on the following ordinance:

An ordinance amending the Town Code for the Town of Seabrook Island, South Carolina; Chapter 20, Planning and Development; Article IV, Comprehensive Plan; Section 20-70, Adopted; so as to adopt a ten-year update to the Town’s Comprehensive Plan

Submit an Online CommentTown Council will accept online comments on Ordinance 2019-06 until Friday, July 19, 2019 at 12:00 PM. All comments received through this portal will be forwarded to Council in advance of the public hearing. Any individual submitting a written comment may also attend and speak at the scheduled public hearing. Comments will not receive a written response, but may be addressed or discussed by Council during the public hearing. Please note that all comments will become part of the public record and may be subject to release under the requirements of the South Carolina Freedom of Information Act. |
