PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby provided that a virtual Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 25, 2021, at 2:25 p.m. via Zoom. During the public hearing, Town Council will review comments received on the following ordinance:
Ordinance 2021-05
An ordinance amending the Development Standards Ordinance for the Town of Seabrook Island, South Carolina; Article 7, Lot and Building Requirements; Section 7.90, Height Limitations; so as to amend the maximum height requirement for structures within the town
A copy of the proposed ordinance may be viewed by clicking the link above. The ordinance may also be viewed at Town Hall during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).

Submit an Online CommentTown Council will accept comments on Ordinance 2021-05 until Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 12:00 PM. All comments received through this portal will be forwarded to Council in advance of the public hearing. Comments will not receive a written response, but may be addressed or discussed by Council during the public hearing.
