PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby provided that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at 2:25 PM. During the public hearing, Town Council will hear and review comments on the following ordinance:
Ordinance 2021-10
An ordinance amending the Zoning Map of the Town of Seabrook Island so as to change the zoning designation for Charleston County Tax Map Number 147-01-00-062, containing approximately 0.37 +/- acres located at 2517 Pelican Perch, from the SR Single-Family Residential District to the AGC Agricultural-Conservation District
A copy of the proposed ordinance may be viewed by clicking the link above. The ordinance may also be viewed at Town Hall during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).
