PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby provided that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, at 2:30 PM. During the public hearing, Town Council will receive on the following ordinance:
Ordinance 2021-11
An ordinance amending the Town Code for the Town of Seabrook Island, South Carolina; Chapter 32, Waterways and Beaches; Article II, Beachfront Management; Division 2, Restrictions; Section 32-42, Vehicle Use; so as to amend the requirements relating to the operation of motor vehicles on the beaches of Seabrook Island
A copy of the proposed ordinance may be viewed by clicking the link above. The ordinance may also be viewed at Town Hall during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).

Individuals who wish to submit a comment in advance of the Public Hearing may do so in writing by 12:00 pm on the day of the meeting using one of the following options:
