PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Town of Seabrook Island Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at 2:30 PM at Seabrook Island Town Hall (2001 Seabrook Island Road). During the meeting, the board will consider the following request for variance from the Development Standards Ordinance for the Town of Seabrook Island:
Variance #158
- APPLICANT: Stephanie & Raymond Hamilton
- ADDRESS: 2959 Seabrook Island Road
- TAX MAP #: 149-10-00-036 (LT 12-B, BLK 42)
- ZONING DISTRICT: SR Single-Family Residential
- VARIANCE(S) REQUESTED: To exceed the 36-foot maximum height requirement for a single-family residential structure by 1.2 feet (§ 7.90.20)

All comments received through this portal will be forwarded to the Board in advance of the public hearing. Any individual submitting a written comment may also attend and speak at the scheduled public hearing. Comments will not receive a written response, but may be addressed or discussed by the Board during the public hearing.
