PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Town of Seabrook Island Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Virtual Public Hearing at 2:30 pm on Friday, June 5, 2020. During the meeting, the board will consider the following request for variance from the Development Standards Ordinance for the Town of Seabrook Island:
Variance #164
- APPLICANT: Andrew and Susan Hodge (Owners) and Michael Karamus (Applicant)
- ADDRESS: 2710 Old Oak Walk

- ZONING DISTRICT: SR Single-Family Residential
- VARIANCE(S) REQUESTED: To allow a proposed screened porch to encroach approximately 2.2 feet into the required 25-foot rear yard setback
