The Town of Seabrook Island Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Virtual Public Hearing at 2:30 pm on Wednesday, August 26, 2020. During the meeting, the board will consider the following request for variance from the Development Standards Ordinance for the Town of Seabrook Island:

- APPLICANT: Robert and Katherine Newman (Owners) and Ron Welch (Applicant)

- TAX MAP #: 147-08-00-082
- ZONING DISTRICT: SR Single-Family Residential
- VARIANCE(S) REQUESTED: To allow a proposed deck extension to encroach approximately 11 feet into the required 15-foot rear yard setback
