The Town of Seabrook Island Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Virtual Public Hearing at 2:30 pm on Wednesday, August 26, 2020. During the meeting, the board will consider the following request for variance from the Development Standards Ordinance for the Town of Seabrook Island:
Variance #167
- APPLICANT: Eric and Elizabeth Bryan (Owners) and Malcolm Brennan (Applicant)
- ADDRESS: 2913 Deer Point Drive
- TAX MAP #: 149-14-00-029
- ZONING DISTRICT: SR Single-Family Residential
- VARIANCE(S) REQUESTED: To allow a proposed swimming pool to encroach approximately 6.5 feet into the required 25-foot setback from the OCRM critical line (marsh)
