The Town of Seabrook Island Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Virtual Public Hearing at 2:30 pm on Wednesday, August 26, 2020. During the meeting, the board will consider the following request for variance from the Development Standards Ordinance for the Town of Seabrook Island:
Variance #168
- APPLICANT: Leanne and William Spaide (Owners) and Outdoor Spatial Design LLC (Applicant)
- ADDRESS: 3557 Seaview Drive
- TAX MAP #: 147-11-00-049
- ZONING DISTRICT: SR Single-Family Residential
- VARIANCE(S) REQUESTED: To allow a proposed retaining wall to encroach approximately 30 feet into the required 30-foot front yard setback and to allow terraced steps to encroach approximately 7 feet into the required 15-foot rear yard setback
