PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Town of Seabrook Island Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Virtual Public Hearing at 2:30 pm on January 21, 2021. During the meeting, the Board will consider the following request for variance from the Development Standards Ordinance for the Town of Seabrook Island:

- ZONING DISTRICT: SR Single-Family Residential
- CODE SECTION: 7.60.20.30 / 7.60.60 – 25-foot rear yard setback required for residential structures
- VARIANCE(S) REQUESTED: To reduce the required rear yard setback from 25 feet to approximately 19.5 feet to allow for construction of a screened porch addition
