Official ResourcesFor the most reliable information about COVID-19, including what to do if you or a loved one is experiencing symptoms, residents are strongly encouraged to visit the following resources:
SCDHEC Care LineFor general questions about COVID-19, please contact the S.C. Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC) Care Line. Representatives will be available to answer calls from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm seven days a week.
Charleston CountyThe Charleston County Citizens Information Line is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am. to 5:00 pm.
Virtual Care ResourcesMUSC Health and Roper St. Francis are offering free virtual care screenings to individuals experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. Patients who have a fever, cough and/or shortness of breath may speak with a provider and, if necessary, be referred for a COVID-19 screening. Use the promo code "COVID19" when you log in.
