PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Pursuant to Section 6-1-80 of the South Carolina Code of Laws, public notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Council of the Town of Seabrook Island will hold a virtual public hearing on the proposed municipal budget for Fiscal Year 2021 at the following date, time and location:

Millage (Tax) Rate
** Estimated millage rate for 2021 equals $0.00 per $1,000 in assessed property value
A copy of the proposed budget may be viewed using the link below or at Town Hall during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm).
Individuals who wish to submit a public comment on the proposed budget may do so in writing by 12:00 pm on Tues. December 15, 2020, using one of the following options:

Submit an Online CommentTown Council will accept comments on Ordinance 2020-19 until Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at 12:00 pm. All comments received through this portal will be forwarded to Council in advance of the public hearing. Comments will not receive a written response, but may be addressed or discussed by Council during the public hearing.
