PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby provided that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2019, at 1:00 p.m. at Seabrook Island Town Hall, 2001 Seabrook Island Road, Seabrook Island, South Carolina. During the public hearing, Town Council will receive comments on the following ordinance:
Ordinance 2019-10
An ordinance adopting a settlement agreement between the Town of Seabrook Island, Atlantic Partners II LLC, BRP Kiawah, LLC, and Balfour Beatty Construction, LLC, relating to the issuance of an encroachment permit for a proposed 200-unit Senior Living Facility on Seabrook Island Road, and other matters related thereto

All comments received through this portal will be forwarded to Council in advance of the public hearing. Any individual submitting a written comment may also attend and speak at the scheduled public hearing. Comments will not receive a written response, but may be addressed or discussed by Council during the public hearing. Please note that all comments will become part of the public record and may be subject to release under the requirements of the South Carolina Freedom of Information Act. |
