PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby provided that a Virtual Public Hearing will be held by Seabrook Island Town Council on Tuesday, June 23, 2020, at 2:25 p.m. During the meeting, Town Council will consider the following rezoning ordinance:
Ordinance 2020-04
An ordinance amending the Zoning Map of the Town of Seabrook Island so as to change the zoning designation for Charleston County Tax Map Number 147-12-00-023, containing approximately 0.74 +/- acres located at 3062 Seabrook Island Road, from the SR Single-Family Residential District to the AGC Agricultural-Conservation District
A copy of the proposed ordinance may be viewed by clicking the link above. The ordinance may also be viewed at Town Hall during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).
Online comments will be accepted through the Town’s website until Tuesday, June 23, 2020, at 12:00 p.m.

All comments received through this portal will be forwarded to Council in advance of the public hearing.
