PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Town of Seabrook Island Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Virtual Public Hearing at 2:30 pm on Monday, November 2, 2020. During the meeting, the board will consider the following request for variance from the Development Standards Ordinance for the Town of Seabrook Island:

- APPLICANT: Seabrook Island Property Owners Association
- ADDRESS: 2303 Seabrook Island Road (SIPOA Gatehouse)
- TAX MAP #: 147-00-00-001
- ZONING DISTRICT: PDD Planned Development District
- CODE SECTION: 12.120.10(e)
- VARIANCE(S) REQUESTED: To reduce the required setback for ground signs from six (6) feet to approximately two (2) feet to allow for installation of two (2) community message board signs with electronic variable message displays on the inbound and outbound lanes of Seabrook Island Road
